Every year, the Club des Clubs Immobiliers (CdCI) organizes an exploratory trip enabling over 200 people (or more) to get to know a city in France better every other year, and a city abroad the year after that.

On Thursday May 22, EDC IMMO had the pleasure of taking part in the 31st CdCI trip, which brought together 210 participants. The destination was BORDEAUX, a metropolis that is asserting itself as a territory of excellence and innovation, committed to the major ecological and social transitions that are shaping our future.

The city is implementing an ambitious strategy aimed at boosting the supply of economic real estate, while at the same time fostering more humane and ecological growth.

The aim is to create between 1 and 1.5 million m2 of floor space over the next ten years. This will be in addition to the 9 million m2 already occupied.

The day was organized around conferences and visits to neighborhoods and projects.

Bordeaux is perceived as the most attractive metropolis in France by business leaders (82%), ahead of Lyon and Lille, but also by employees (70%).

The criteria: quality of life (60%), economic dynamism (59%), environment and geographical location (57%).
